1 scoop of protein powder (I use dymatize iso 100 Cinnamon bun)
3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp of Baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon (for taste)
mix all ingredients into a bowl and whisk away.
pour onto a griddle at medium heat, wait for it to bubble, then flip. wait another 2 minutes after the flip and you’re good to go!
This recipe is great because the flavor changes depending on the protein powder you use. with about 60 grams of protein and only 10 carbs and 15 grams of fat, this is a great breakfast or brinner option. Just go light on the maple syrup 😉
